Language is the tool of the tools.

Lev Vygotsky did not achieve much eminence during during his lifetime and he died before reaching 40.

|  17th November, 1896, Belarus.
|  11th June, 1934, Moscow.

However, during the 1970s, many of his writings were translated from Russian into English and in the following decades he became enormously influential, particularly in the fields of educational psychology and child development.

Through others we become ourselves.

A word devoid of thought is a dead thing, and a thought unembodied in words remains a shadow.
